Question: Is it good that im losing 1 to 2 pounds a day !?
i've been dieting for going on two weeks and im down from 165 to 155 , is this good!. i havent been starving myself and i exercise doing cardio and weight traing 7 days a week for two hours !. do you think im over doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lost 5 pounds in two weeks something probably isn't right!. I'd guess that a good chunk of that is water weight that you should get back when you rehydrate!.
Also, I don't think weight training will do you any good if you do it every day!. You need to give muscles a day of recovery after a heavy workout or they're just going to burn out!. Nothing wrong with daily cardio, and that's what will help you burn off calories to lose weight anyway!.
The rapid weightloss could be from water loss, your overworked muscles deteriorating, or maybe a cancer or disease of some sort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um, I lose around 1 to !.5 pounds a day whenever I diet, but I weigh less than you, so that's probably good!. People say that you should try to lose 2 pounds a week, but I don't think it's that big of a deal!. If you're short and weigh that much then you'll lose weight more easily!. no that's not good unless you're doing the HCG diet or something!. If you're just exercising and watching what you're eating, you should be losing 1-2lb/wk!. If you're losing 1-2lb/day then you're losing muscles and you're not eating enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well that sounds a little fast and you might just be losing water wieght, just make sure your not starving yourself and you are do the appericate amount of exurise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
