Is there a way to make boobs smaller?!

Question: Is there a way to make boobs smaller!?

Besides breast reduction (as in surgery, i mean)!. I was just wondering, I know there is an
exercise that can make 'em bigger but is there one to make them smaller!?

If you are overweight you might be able to go down a cup size!.

If you are a healthy weight your only option is surgery covered by insurance!.

just practice a healthy weight loss method and they should shrink about 1 size (depending how big or small you are now) mine did! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
