Answers:
No, I would not have a problem with my wife working out at the gym with some men that are helping her work out correctly!. I am not insecure and I am very trusting so of course I would not have a problem with you working out with men in the gym!.

I see it all the time at my gym and there is no hanky panky going on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I train women and with women regularly so my answer is a little biased on whether I would allow it!.!.!.

Suggest the following:

-- Let your husband know why you are seeking help at the gym - advanced techniques, personal development, physical development, etc!.!.!. - all of the attributes that make up your goals the the elements that are going to help you succeed!. There should be a certain level of trust already present in your relationship or nothing you say or do will make a difference!.

-- Make sure the relationship stays strictly in the gym and at a professional/ workout level!. Set the boundaries up front and be clear as the testosterone does flow high!.

The key to all of this is to be open, honest, and straight forward - with all parties involved!.

Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I was in that situation and I knew it upset my husband, I just wouldn't do it!. So either you could find some ladies to work out with, or see if your husband would like to come along on your workouts!.

I have a feeling that those guys you hang around with wouldn't want to so much anymore if your hubby was there!. Know what I mean!?

It's not an issue of weather you are doing anything wrong - you're not as far as I can see!. But your husband is obviously uncomfortable with it!. So do you care enough about his feelings to stop!? Reverse the situation and see how you would feel!.!.!.!.him having a bunch of hot female gym buddies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to approach the situation from your husbands point of view!. I'm not saying your wrong but he thinks of it as too much male attention!. And it kind of bruises his ego knowing that his woman is hanging out with "fit" men!. Try talking to him about the situation and explain to him how you feel!. Also listen to his side and try to come up with a reasonable agreement like him joining you in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not allow this to happen!. A free personal trainer it is but men have one main think on thier mind!. I work out alot and I made friends with a trianer there!. He just cant stop talking about women!. Not that all trianers are like this for its just an example but beware!.!. things could get nasty!. heheWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am a female , but I do see this all the time!. I dont ever see them leave with each other or anything!. Its just a work out partner, and actually today I wish I had one so I could do some sit ups and throw the medicine ball back and forth!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see any harm in it!. But I think you will know if you are doing something wrong!. Invite your husband to come work out with you one day!. So he can see that there isn't anything going on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pretty sure my wife wouldn't like it if I worked out with some hardbody women!. No matter what you may think, it's a lot of close contact with focus on the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not mind , he might be i secure and need to know that you love him , and that you are faithful to only him !Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say anything that works, you do it girl! I know if I could get a girl to workout with me it would help alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
