Question: When i run my abs sometimes hurt is that normal!?
i have gym!. and we have to run a lap everyday around the track field and just sometimes my abs hurt is that normal or am i breathing wrong or something!? if you know let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is normal, it is somewhat like a cramp!. It usually happens if you didn't stretch before you ran or if you ran for a long time, But usually it happens if you ate before you started running!. As you get used to running you get it happens less often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
