Question: Am i too skinny, PLEASE HELP!.!?
Okay, so i am a 12 year old girl, 7th grade, i weigh 77-80ish (more like 80) pounds, and am 5'1 or 5'2!.!.!. is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be quite normal for you!. I'm still skinny and I'm over 40!. If I ate nothing but junk food and as much as I wanted, I don't think I'd get fat!. When I was an older teenager, my diet mostly consisted of takeaway food and I didn't always eat enough!. Then as I got older, I started eating at home more (teenagers are too busy being out ;-) ) and ate a lot more and better quality food and went down a bit in weight but not a lot!.

As long as you're eating well and your body seems in proportion and your limbs aren't seeming to be a lot narrower than they should be compared to hands and feet size, you probably don't have anything to worry about!. If you aren't sure, go and see a doctor and get them to say if they think there is anything to worry about!. If they think there is, they'll run some tests to see if your body functions are normal and give you the advice you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was 90 pounds at 18 when I was pregnant with my son!. You are a little underweight, but I wouldn't worry too much about it b/c of your age!. If you are still that weight when you are in your teens, you might want to try adding something like Boost to your diet to increase your caloric intake, but I wouldn't be too concerned right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are actually a little underweight!. You should be eating at least three m,eals a day!. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!. Your body is still growing, and you need to supply it with fuel, which is food!. You don't want to stunt your growth and bone development!.

Who cares!? You're twelve! It's fine, don't worry about it!. Do you eat enough food!? Are you always left hungry!? If that is the case, then maybe you are too skinny, but if not, it is not a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That Weight sounds right, Just eat wisely, Not too much fat, Stay away from McDonalds, Eat lots of Fruit and green Vegitables, stay away from too much Red meat!.
