Question: I eat like a pig, how can i stop myself!?
im not gonna lie!.
i mean im not fat, i have a bmi of 22!.
but how can i stop myself from eating so much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the first thing you can do to lose weight is to stop comparing yourself to a farm animal!. Success in anything, whether it be weight loss, martial arts, school or anything else requires a certain mental picture!. In this case, picturing what you think you'd look like if you had "the perfect body" (whatever that is)!. Attach a positive feeling to that image every time you think of it!. Then keep it in your head every time you get around food!. In any case a bmi of 22 is actually pretty good, ok its not 19, but who cares, it's also not 30 or 33 either!.
A better question to ask is, why do you feel the desire to eat too much (and what is too much anyway)!? Is it because you had a hard day and eating just makes you feel better, or is it that your last meal was at 6:30 this morning and its now 8:40 at night and you feel weak!.!.!. for sum strange reason!? <wink>
Seriously tho, to loose weight, or even to maintain your weigh you need to eat enough to sustain your body through the day!. You need to get enough sleep, and if there is some emotional attachment to the food you are overeating with (aka I feel deprived because I want to eat healthy and I can't have this), you need to detach the emotional link!. How, by allowing yourself some!. Not half a pie (be it pizza or banana cream), but 1 slice!. Eat it, savor it, then when you finish the last bite, quickly switch back to the "perfect body" image and give yourself a smile!.!.
Also, remind yourself of the old weight watchers mantra, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels"!.
Last words, losing weight and being healthy is at least as much about what you put in your head as what you put in your mouth!.

I have no sense of that measurement!. Eating a lot depends on your age, teens eat voraciously!. If you are not fat, then you must burn it off somehow, so no harm done!. If you need to eat a lot then try pig out on vegetables, especially brussel sprouts and spinach and sauerkraut!. Just move downwind from people after doing that, because you going to get gas!. After a while, your stomach will churn at the thought of more brussel sprouts and cabbage and you will stop eating so much!. On a final note, have you blood sugar checked, because a diabetic can also eat like a horse and be thin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating a lot is normal for some people!. Just make sure that you eat the right foods, and you should be fine!. Also, don't eat to fast orr it will cause bloating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
