the elliptical is my favorite because it is easy on the knees and really works up a sweat!. i lost about 5 pounds in 2 weeks without changing my diet, and using it 6 days a week for 30 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

i personally believe ellipticals are the best cardio workout machine and here is why:
reduced pressure on joints ( this is a biggy!)
whole body workout
i own one myself and do 40 mins per day on it and it has improved my fitness and body tone no end!.

go for it but make sure it doesnt end up gathering dust in the corner of your room!.

Losing fat is sadly a fairly slow process!. Although, as long as you stay consistent, you can honestly start to feel better and see results fast!. Any type of offer or product you see on the market to "help" you lose weight fast is either unhealthy or bullsh*t!.

The best thing to do is to get on a better diet, figure ou the best type of cardio plan and stick to it, and even take up lifting weights to burn off some extra calories!.
