so!.!.!.I have a list of exercises to do every day!. yesterday I wasn't able to do my 50 crunches, 20 push ups, 50 leg lifts!. and 2 30 second planks!.
but I was able to run for about an hour
I also did 8 minute abs, legs, and arms!.
so if I miss something in my workout!. should I make up for it today!? like do extra today!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lift weights if you have access to them they will speed up your metabolism and all the food you eat after doing the weights will go into rebuilding the muscle you have damaged instead of storing it as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No just draw a line under it and carry on the next day with your normal routine, trying to fit too much in will result in injury and feeling like exercise is a chore!Www@Answer-Health@Com
