My work out plan,is it okay?!


Question: My work out plan,is it okay!?
Tell me if this is enoguh,i barley started doing this this week!.

50 crunches,50left side crunches, 50 right side crunches
i eat salad everyday and ive gone vegetarian (ive been going vegetarian for a month now) i do 50 pushups everyday and i don't eat snacks or anything(been doing that for a month too)
could this be enough to et me at least a 4 pack before spring break!?i weigh 140 pounds and im 5'7,and my only problem area is my stomach im skinny in my arms and legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good program, but if you do fewer side crunches you'll be better-off, too many of those will put too much bulk around your waist!.!.!. do about twenty, just enough to work them to tone, without them getting larger!.

Basically, if you work your abs just to get a four/six pack, you need to also thin-out the layer of fat that covers your abs, we all have it!. So, keep doing abs, but your best results will come as you exercise regularly and lose that fat over time!. You can totally do that by spring break, just get more cardio work in there to burn that fat!. Cardio four times a week for you will be awesome!.
