I heard many doctors feel that the practice of meditation is good for a persons health!. But the only thing I heard is that it relaxes the body so that the natural defences have a better opportunity to fend off viruses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Along with doing that there are many other benefits of meditation!. It provides a inner peace to you which is good for your soul!. :) It provides good exercise for your heart and lungs!. It gives your mind a serious break (everyone needs them!) At times your mind is processing a million different things at a time!. You would get tired too! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have always felt that it allows an individual to find an ability to deal with stress in a better fashion!. By being able to find your "center", a place that allows you be calm in stressful situations you body is able to handle stressful situations in a better fashion!. Stress is a huge contributor to peoples poor health condition in many areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
