Question: I need to lose body fat i am desperate plz help!?
ok i am 15 and and my height is like 5!.9 i am 176 pounds and i hate it all those skinny kids who eat alot and barely exercises i am on the swim team in my school and on the wrestling team and most of the times my mom scrams at me to eat i do eat i eat breakfast lunch and dinner what do i do i am desperate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop focusing on what the scales tell you!.
You are an athlete so obviously you require muscle mass to perform!. Being a wrestler and a swimmer you will have a lot more muscle than the average person your age!.
Your obviously getting enough exercise so maybe you should look at your diet!.
Breakfast should contain a low GI (glycemic index) food such as wholegrain bread or a healthy cereal!. This doesn't mean any cereal though!. Oats or anything with wholegrains and low sugar is great!. Protein is also essential for the morning!. This can be attained through a couple of eggs either boiled or scrambled!.
Lunch!. Once again protein is important!. This time you should try and get it in the form of the leanest meat you can get/afford!. Chicken, Turkey or Fish is a great option!. A couple of slices of wholegrain bread and a little salad would also benefit you!.
Dinner!. The last big meal of the day is important because your body is about to fast for 9 hours when you are asleep!. Making sure you eat a quality protein from Lean Meat or Fish and plenty of vegetables!.
Throughout the day you are getting Protein and FIbre in every meal!. Protein helps repair and sustain your muscle!. Fibre cleans out your digestive system!.
Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!. Add 2 glasses each time you exercise!.
You may want to consider supplementing some of your protein with a shake!. There is no need to buy the one that claims you'll gain the most just anything with 20+grams of protein and low sugar!.

In addition to following the "eat well, exercise" advice that's been going around, you might also want to try weight training!. Building muscle will make you look leaner and increase your metabolism and it's not a huge commitment--just 2-3 times a week will give you results pretty quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
