Question: How to build Arm Muscle!? Fast!!?
How can I build arm muscle and upper body muscle really quickly!?!?

There is an important principle in weight training called "overload" that if you use you'll get muscle fast!. Pretty much you'll only see results in about three weeks though!.

Overload means that your muscles are challenged to lift more than they are able!. So, if you want upper body muscle do this:

As many push-ups as you can!.!.!. three sets!.!.!. rest between sets about two minutes!.

Get a set of dumbbells, probably about 15 pounds each!. Do bicep curls, three sets, as many as you can!.

To triceps extensions!.!.!. three sets, as many as you can!.

well just do weights!. i started doing weights everyday five days a week and i started seeing results in my arms in 2 weeks!. not the results u would expect but its a start

i recommend u rest the weekends cause your body needs rest to build muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

major curls, and presses, tip is to use enough weight so you can only do about 6 reps, then repeat x 3-4 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
