Question: Losing weight!!HELP PLEASE!.!?
okayyy ive gotten super fatt now and i tried excersing and it didnt work, i tried drinking pills!.!.!.IT MADE ME FATTER! nd yeah i gave up but now i have a reason on whyy to loose weight so does any one have any tips or a wayy of me to get in a diet or excersises i could do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, walking, jogging, or running is your best bet!. Couple that with some stretches like crunches or lunges, and you have a great simple workout!. Even if you only do it for like 20 mins a day, you are still burning off calories and toning your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
