My son got into the neighbors creatine?!
Question: My son got into the neighbors creatine!?
My son was across the hall at the neighbors and somehow got into the bottle of creatine he came home and spit them out which was two whole pills not bitten into and about 3/4 of a pill!. So I am assuming he ate as much as a bite and spit most out because they taste so horrible!. He is 2 1/2 years old does anyone know if giving him water will be good enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Goil is an idiot!.Source- Common Sense! Creatine is not poison and it will not hurt your 2 1/2 yr old!. Just make sure he gets water to wash it down!.

Edit- We are talking about a child ingesting an unknown amount of a non FDA approved supplement!. There are plenty of naturally occurring supplements that have ill effects in large doses!.
