Question: I think I over ate today! HELPP!! what do i do about dinner!?
okay so i woke up and had 3/4 cup of kashi cereal (120 calories)
then for lunch i had a whole wheat wrap (90 cal), with 98%fat free turkey (50 cal), fat free shredded cheese (30 cal), and lettuce!. and with that I had kashi crackers/pretzels (150 cal), and a fresh fruit bowl of grapes and one pear (120 cal)
so that was a total of about 600 calories!.
but then after that i had a 1/2 cup of fat free no sugar added ice cream (90 cal), and a 90 cal granola bar!. and about 5 animal crackers!.
now i've ate about 800 calories!. and its only 1:30 pm!.
ive ate such crap all day just cracker-y things and freakin ice cream! even though it was low cal/low fat ice cream!.!.!.still!. i feel like crap!.
so now im going to go run 2-3 miles, crunches, and some weight machines at the gym!.
but what should i ahve for dinner to balance out this not so great day!? i dont want to gain weight and i dont want to go over 1200 calories!. ideas, PLEASE!. im desperate!.
help!!

You are fine! Trust me! Okay, first of all you are very skinny!. Take it from me!.!.!.I used to be your weight back in high school(about 4 years ago) and I thought that I was so fat or whatever!. So, I would try diets and end up being so hungry that I would eat everything! Well, it eventually caught up to me and I have gained 60 pounds in the past three years!. It sucks! You need to just accept yourself how you are, and if you want to be in a little better shape just watch what you eat here and there, don't over do it!. When I say don't over do it, I mean don't be going out and getting fast food everyday!. You can eat anything you want, but just eat it in smaller portions!. Also, keep up with the exercise!.!.!.that's definetly a good thing!
For dinner you need something good and filling!. I would maybe cook the turkey in a skillet or something and put it in the wraps with a little bit of light sour cream and some veggies(whatever kinds you like), and get those green beans and have at least a cup of them, and then maybe make yourself a small baked potato on the side!. That would be a good nurtitious dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are eating well and balancing out the crap with good old fashion exercise!.
The only thing I might suggest is more fiber maybe something like pineapple!. Then again you could get fruit like watermelon because you can eat a lot of it and it's mostly water!. Then again a snack size bag of popcorn is only 100 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U havent over eaten at all!. But if u think so then just eat like a can of tuna becasue protein is very good for u!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
