What is the right amount of protein to mix into a shake to build muscle after working out!. Because different kinds of protein have a certain amount of grams of protein you use!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The number of grams and the type of protein are not really related!. The difference is speed of digestion!.

Whey protein digests more quickly!.
Casein protein digests more slowly!.

After a workout, you want to replenish energy, so you want fast digestion!. Ideally some whey with some natural sugar (fruit or fruit juice) is something to have after a workout!.
