Losing weight for formal?!


Question: Losing weight for formal!?
I have my formal in about 3 months and i'd love to lose 10kg so i could pull off my dress without feeling huge!. I'm not a big person but i'm "well-rounded" ( :P ) and i know i wont feel the best unless i do this!. im joining a gym next week but its the eating i need some tips for!. can anyone help me out!? thankyou so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Join the gym with a friend who has similar goals to keep each other motivated :) As for eating when you get home from school try not to snack overly just have a piece of fruit and drink water!. Regular walks etc are great but stick to good meats like chicken, steak and fish and vegtables! And breakfast is a must have!!! The best option is to "diet", but do it properly! Believe it or not, the best way to lose weight is to eat snacks every 3 hours - keep them healthy, eat a salad, or some fruit and nuts, or some tuna and rice or something - eating more often (but smaller amounts) actually keeps your body stable, and stops you from getting really hungry and eating way too much!.

Combine this with exercise, even just walking (at least 1/2 hour a day is best!) and this is the only long term way to lose weight!.

Every one here is right!. Cut your meal sizes down!. Less salt and sugar re things try to stay away from depfreid food!. Sushi ok lot off water will help when you think when you want some think to eat have a drink of h20 85% of going to the gym is eating properly hope this helps Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat after 6 pm
have weight control oatmeal as breakfast
a snack
salad as lunch with absolutely NO RANCH or fattening dressings
maybe some grilled chicken
another snack
then have dinner which should also not be very fattening maybe some fresh tuna salad!? sushi is always good too :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
