Need some excercise advice :)?!


Question: Need some excercise advice :)!?
Ok first of all im 13 almost 14!. And i want a good cardio workout that i could do daily or every two days!. What im doing now isn't really putting me into shape!. I would like something that increases my indurance and gets me into better shape!. Im not sure about running cuz wouldn't i look stupid just randomly running in the streets at my age!. Any other advice would be appreciated!. It also almost winter so with the snow, it gnna b hard to do anything else!. But still a couple of months til the snow :) Any tips / experiences are really appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com

try running!. i am also 13 going on 14 and i joined my school's cross country team!. it gets you in shape!.!.!. i have a lot better endurance now and my muscles are more toned!. i gained weight in muscle (which weighs more than fat) and i feel a lot healthier!.

try dancing!. you can take a class or put on some upbeat music and dance randomly (stupidly)!. just do it in your room with the door closed!. good cardio

or jumping rope!?
swimming!?
bicycling!?

oh, and if you don't want to/can't join your cross country/track team, or your school doesn't have one, you could just go for jogs every once in a while around your block!. or walking, if you want!. you won't look stupid randomly running someplace, people do it all the time (even at our age)!. Try running with a friend to keep you motivated and keep you company (especially if your mom opposes to you running by yourself someplace)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all running is a great exercise people may think you look stupid but your actually getting into shape and bettering yourself while there not doing anything to better themsleves i run all the time down the road and i dont let what anybody thinks stop me from doing it and you could run when theres nobody out if your uncomfortable with running in the public eye
Now some other good exercises would be jump roping it is a very good cardio workout biking and swimming is too but i would say running would be the #1 cardio exercise overall

I have just lost alot of body fat by a radical plan of action!.
1!. went the gym everyday except sunday for 6 weeks did loads of cardio low to medium intensity you can do it at home aswell
just get a cheap treadmill or rowing machine, I also feel silly running in the street and i am al bit older than u good luck
2 weight training your muscle uses more energy than fat so may as well work at 2 for the price of 1
3 diet 1 bowl cerial skimmed uht milk am same for lunch the what ever i wanted at tea time!.
4 took up some relaxation and focus on gaining mental strength
5 Feel a load better now,
