Okay....seriously...HELP ME! excersise/eating disorder/toning?!


Question: Okay!.!.!.!.seriously!.!.!.HELP ME! excersise/eating disorder/toning!?
ok!. so I NEED HELP with getting a toned body!.
I am 5 feet 8 inches tall!. I weigh 160 lbs!. my dietitian will allow me to get to 140 lbs!. but I need to do it in a 'healthy' way!.
which means no restricting and no purging!.
so!.!.!.my idea!. is excersise!. constantly!. always!. whenever I have free time!. I have an excersise plan!.!.!.!.here it is:
Sunday-
AM: jog 2 blocks with my dog Meri
PM!. 20 push ups, 50 crunches, 2 30 second planks, and 50 leg lifts

Monday-
AM: Jog with my dog Bella
PM: Strength training video with arm weights

Tuesday:
AM: yoga
PM: a 45 minute walk with both dogs

Wednesday:
AM: Jog with my dog Meri
AM: an ab toning video

Thursday:
AM: 20 push ups, 50 crunches, 2 30 second planks, and 50 leg lifts
PM: 45 minute walk with my dog Bella

Friday:
AM: Pilate's
PM: 45 minute walk with Meri

general rules:
every day do 8 minute abs, arms, and legs
when on the computer, sit on the big exercise ball, as well as when doing home work
always sit up straight
(when I watch tv witch is rarely) leave remote on tv so I have to get up to change the channel
always keep my leg moving-might as well burn calories while I sit

and I will add to that-whenever I have free time!. work out!. somehow!. always!. lift weights (5,10,15 lbs) when its too late to run!.!.!.which is after 730!. so while watching tv with the family!. I will do little excersises!.

my goal is to lose weight!. and to get thin and toned

and excersise is a great outlet for me I have found


so please give me more tips! anything! on excersising and losing weight and everyhting and anything you think of!!
except hypnotism!. dont have that kind of money!. dont really have much money!. so that means we dont get much groceries

Answers:
Exercise is the key, but if you have that work out you are going to get burnt out quickly!. The walks and jogs are great because you have to walk the dog anyway!. You don't have to restrict your diet!. Eat healthier!. Cut out Sodas, etc!. Powerade Zero has no calories and is loaded in B vitamins!. It is great for your workout time!. Try cutting out fast food, fried food, etc!. Bake instead of fry!. If you have one of those days you don't feel like cooking head to Subway and get a fresh sandwich instead of a greasy burger somewhere else!. Portion control is also a key!. Use a smaller plate when you sit down to a meal!. Snack through the day on healthy items such as carrots!. Drink a lot of water!. It helps suppress your appetite!. It takes awhile for that to kick in!. When your cooking or doing dishes, etc!. do a leg exercise of your choice!. Try to work in exercise in your daily routine, don't kill yourself with a boot camp routine!. It will only burn you out and you won't stick with it!. I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as eating goes, the best way to lose weight is actually to eat more often! (believe it or not!!!!!)
What you do is eat small portions, every three hours!. This stops you from getting that big hungry craving, and keeps your blood sugar even!.
Try things like fruit and nuts, then next time a salad, then next time tuna and rice, all sorts of things!. Then at dinner time, you shouldnt be so hungry, so you can cut down your portion size!. It works wonders :)
