Answers:
you should normally be able to bench press your own weight but seeing as you weigh 66!.6kg lifting 50kg is peferctly good weight to be lifting!. It depends what you want to do!? are you aiming to get bigger!? because if so then yes you should always aim to lifting heavier weights than normal but not by much for example if your lifting 50kg now the next time you work out try adding on 1kg and work your way up but if you ever find yourself really struggling and it starts to hurt id stop because you can really damage your muscles by pushing your self too far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not overly impressive at all
to be considered 'strong for your size' you should be benching roughly 2-2!.5 times your bodyweight, and NO that isn't unrealistic I know 120 lb girls that warm up with that
as for getting back into running if you want
I'd check out the following site and it'll break down a running routine for you!.!.!.keeping in mind that you should always do weights also

I suggest doing a different exercise!. Try using dumbbells, but talk to your doctor if you had a bone tumor you need to know what is safe and what isn't!. I would avoid doing benches or squats without a spotter!.
That is dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

50 kilos is not bad but you should be capable of building it up to at least 80 in time!. How old are you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
