My diet and exercise didnt work!?!

Question: My diet and exercise didnt work!!?
Ok, I started my diet and exercise program about a month ago, strictly 1300 or less calories a day, high protein, high fiber, and low fat, and 60 minutes on the treadmill EVERYDAY, burning at least 250 calories each time, and I have a very active lifestyle, I am a type A person with 3 kids, and a clean house, and odd jobs to do, I weighed in a month ago at 115lbs, Im 5'5", I just weighed in for the first time since I started this diet, and I am 118lbs!!! What is going on, I thought it was calories in versus calories out! I have definitely burned more calories than I have taken in, how could this be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
60 minutes a day on a treadmill is not going to cut it for you!. Since you are already so light, you will need to be more aggressive about exercise if you truly want to lose more weight!. There is also a slight chance that you gained a tiny bit of muscle from your workouts, and as we all know muscle weighs more than fat!.

So listen, you need to do some weight training or some more intense cardio!. Somehow get to the weight room or get outside and run some sprints!. No matter how much walking you do on the treadmill, at 118 lbs there's no way you're going to be losing more weight!.

Furthermore, if you cut calories too much your body will go into starvation mode and you will store all your calories as fat!.

You didn't lose weight because you are not overweight!. Your are at the lowest end of the medical recommendation for that height!. You'd still be considered normal weight at 150 pounds!

You need to go to a counselor to find out why you have body dysmorphia, a condition where you think you are fat when you're not!.

You probably built 3 pounds worth of muscle!.
