Excersise addiction...help?!


Question: Excersise addiction!.!.!.help!?
ok!. so I need help with this issue!. I know I'm becoming addicted to exercise!. I was before!. and its coming again!.

but this time!.!.!.!.

I want help with keeping myself going!. like!.!.!.what kind of fun things can I ad!? I run with my dogs with my ipod!. what other things can I do!? how should I increase my running miles!?!?

please give me exercise tips!. how to make it worth it!. how to make it more interesting and not hurt myself too badWww@Answer-Health@Com

PLEASE try really hard not to get too addicted!. That really was my issue this time around w/!.!. the whole ed thing!. I worked out so much, now the thought of it makes me want to cry- but I still workout- because I am afraid to get fat!. But I have lessen my work outs a lot- because I am trying to over come this!. Sometimes I feel that I might stop all together- because I can't handle it anymore!. But a fun thing to do, that I love right now is!.!.!. swimming! And with running, just go different routes!.!. not the same one!. So you won't get tired of the same route!. Ooo, and listen to a lot of thursday!!

I know this is not going to go over well, so "lets getter duun!", you don't need to figure out how to keep going or how to make it worth it, you need to figure out what is enough to achieve the kind of body you want!. Exercising just to exercise is dangerous, because your body can only take so much abuse before it starts to come apart!. I mean, lets think about a power lifter who's like you!. He spends months training and straining and finally he breaks the world record for lifting, and before the weight even touches the floor, he's thinking, "I know I can do better"!. No joy of success, now pride in an amazing achievement, just an empty space waiting to be filled up by some unattainable ideal!. Talk to someone, don't wait, you need to find a healthy level of exercise, and stick to it!. I'm sure the dog you mentioned before would not like to go for 20 mile jogs every time he goes outside (because most dogs need to stop periodically)!.

better than an eating addition!. try playing a sport and becoming the best on the team!. it might be worth the money to buy the exercize equiptment!. i would reccomend dumbells, bosu balance trainer, jump rope, agility cones, pullup bar and a book on exercize so you can make your workouts effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
