I'll try to consume 1500 calories to 2000 calories daily!. And I'll have healthy foods!. And I'll eat fruits daily!. And also have a glass of milk daily!.

Depends on what you mean by healthy!. Don't neglect vegetables, whole grain carbohydrates, and lean protein!. Make sure the milk is skim!. 1500 to 2000 calories is PERFECTLY healthy!. Only eat less than that if you want to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds great, although the difference between 1500 and 2000 calories is a lot!. A bit on the higher side sounds healthier :)

it depends on the person, how tall are they, how much they weight, if they want to lose weight or gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
