As I understand it, the P57 molecule sends a signal to your brain to make you feel full, so when you take Hoodia you eat less!. If you want to try a Hoodia pill, I think HoodiaP57 is one of the better ones because it has 20x strength and only usses pure South African Hoodia!. P57 refers to ephedra which is banned for it's harmul side effects!. That stuff only has 10mg!.!.!.compared to 200mg or so that was in products like Xenedrine before ephedra was banned!. I lost over 20 lbs in 2 months with Xenedrine!.!.!.the old formula!. P57 doesn't do anything except mess up your insides!.

If you buy any products with Hoodia, make sure its the real deal!. THere are a lot of fake hoodia products out there, and its important to look for the Certificate of Authenticity!.
