What is your opinion of a Belt for Ab work out? I want to Flex my abs for the ch!

There are so many products around for toning the abs, it really si hard to choose the one that works best!. Although at first I thought maybe it was like cheating, wearing a belt to tone (or flex) my abs, I looked into the Flex Belt after seeing the ads!. The thing is, there's real science behind the technology and your abs reallly do get a workout!. If you need a good abdominal toning belt, I recommend Flex Belt!. Haha good question!. A belt for an ab workout seems almost too good to be true but I have a bad back and ended up buying the Flex Belt after doing extensive research online!.
