Has anyone tried the Fortex?!

YES! I love the Fortex mainly because it is portable and I take it everywhere! okay well not EVERYWHERE, but it fits in my suitcase so I can use it on trips (Itravel a lot on business) and sometimes I also bring it to the office!. I can take a quick break and tone my upper body! I've seen a really big improvement in my triceps and biceps in particular, muscles I never really took the time to work before!. It only took about 3 or 4 weeks before I could see visible results and I've gotten even more definition in the 3 months since!. Yeah I use the Fortex toning device & its really helping to strengthen my upper body!. I would not call it a "quick fix" at all, I work out with it for about 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week!. Its simple but still a workout!. I read a lot about the technology behind it (its made by the same company as the Flex Belt) and the programs are actually pretty challenging, if you want them to be to get results!.
