100 Situps[Yeah, not a typo], A couple of streching, 10 push ups [Not very strong!. ): ] And a little yoga!.
What should I add!? Any suggestions!?

Well you're working the top layer of your abdominals, your chest and triceps!. How about some lower body workouts for legs, shoulder exercises, back and biceps!.
Not training your entire body is preparing you to eventually get injured and become imbalanced!.
Add more variety first to your situps, for example add some stability exercises like the plank!.
do some body weight squats, lunges and add weights if you have them!.

You need to throw some cardio in there!. Go for a 45 brisk walk 4 times a week- and that should be good!. Working your muscles is good too ( situps, push ups, yoga!.!. like you said) but you aren't going to see the muscles unless you get rid of the fat that is hiding them- and that is where the cardio comes in!.
