Get rid of all your fat by reducing calorie intake and doing lots of vigorous exercise!. If you search "bmr calculator" in google, you will find a bmr calculator which can help you estimate how many calories, you burn a day without exercise!. Burn off more calories than you consume and you will lose weight!. A pound is believed to be about 3500 calories!.
Exercising vigorously is the most important part!. You need to do aerobic (running, biking, eliptical) etc for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 days a week!. Preferably, 6-7 days a week!.
