I want to loose at least 20% of my body weight...?!


Question: I want to loose at least 20% of my body weight!.!.!.!?
i weigh 148!.8 pounds and im 5 foot 4 inches!.
im a teen, yeah!.!.!. i know!.!.!. wow!.!.!.
i want to loose 20% (almost 30 pounds)
i want to be around 120 pounds, because im over weight and its frustrating cuz my cloths look really bad on me!.

i want to loose all this by the end of this year (almost 100 days; 14 weeks!.)
my problem spots are my stomach, butt, hips, and arm (flab)

yeah i was doing so well at first, i went from 152 - 143 in about 2 weeks, and now im slowly going back and i try so hard, and im keeping my diet, i don't know what im doing wrong!. i haven't been exercising, but i want to know what i can do to get a flat tush, abs, curves, and smaller hips

you need to go to the gym on a regular basis!. you should be doing at least 1 and a half hours of exercise each day!. you can do a heavy work out on monday wed and friday and then fill in with only cardio on tuesday and thursday!. sorry to tell you that dieting will only get you so far!. even if you did lose all the weight you wanted, you would be unhappy with the results because you would have no muscle tone!. and you should be eating smaller meals more times a day, like instead of a big breakfast lunch and dinner eat smaller lighter meals with healthy snacks every 2 hours or so!. so not try and starve yourself!. this will only slow your metabolism down and make you fatter in the end!. your body will try to keep itself alive by storing more fat cells to live off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you went from 152 to 143, it sounds like you are on a crash diet, which means you are not eating enough!. You need to be eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day and exercising!.

Your goal of 118!.8 pounds at 5'4" is too small!. If you are lifting weights (and you should be) you will weigh a little more but still be small as muscle weighs more than fat!. I weigh 145 pounds, am 5'5" (and-a-half), and am a size 6!. Take your measurements, and forget about the number on the scale!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is a low calorie diet, around 1500 to 1200 minimum per day, and at least 40 minutes of exercise every day, where you are out of breath and sweating for at least 10 of the 40 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

your not a heavy girl, well not to me of course!. but walk 30 minutes 3 times a week!. and your to young to diet, so drink more water and eat more vegatables and lean meat!. try eating wheat bread if you dont!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Watch your food intake!. Eat three meals with lots of vegetables and no desserts or snacks!. Most important --- exercise!. Walk, jog, swim, bike ride, or play tennis!. That will help you more than anything!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do warm up exercise ,then play a sport for about 1 hour!.finally do some COOL down exercise!.
Watch what u EAT!!!

Get a bicycle and just start riding!. Great fun and great excercise!. It helped me lose 10 lbs and it works your leg/butt muscles!. Ride hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do a lot of push ups, crunches and sit ups
