corn flakes are not that good it contains high fructose corn syrup which is absolutely horrible for you!.!.!. try kashi go lean or go lean crunch, so you at least get protein in their!.!.!.

for a couple of weeks, yes!. don't forget a vitamin everyday!.yogurt and soy milk have protein!. probably also corn flakes have some protein!.
count your calories!. you won't necessarily lose weight if you eat a lot of calories in those things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need protein, eat stuff like chicken breast + vegetables/brown rice, fish, and eggs!. You can't even get enough calories form cereal/yogurt/fruit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
