don't despair at this stage - because of your age you may get even taller but if you follow a good diet and exercise programme you will be great!.

It depends on your age also, but let's say if you are around 18 yrs old or so, then the healthy weight range for you is between 120 to 170 lbs!. That's like 54 to 77 kg!.
