What is the easiest to get good at push-ups?!


Question: What is the easiest to get good at push-ups!?
I am 13t, 5' 10" 165 lbs!. I'm trying to get in shape to try out for the football team this year!. I think my greatest disadvantage is the amount of (real) push-ups I can do, what is the easiest fastest way to be able to do atleast 15 push-ups!. Please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you can do is make it a habit!. See in your spare time I would do push ups!. Before lunch I did push ups and after!. I would do two different variants of push ups close grip and wide grip!. With close grip you have your hands closer together about shoulder width!. These are generally harder to do, but they mostly work out the inner pectoral and the triceps, and create more depth in the chest!. Wide grip push ups have your arms more spread out, about 8-10 inches from your chest to your hand!. When doing these you'll notice your back squeezing when going down!. This works out the back and outer chest and give you a more wider chest!. So one day see how many you can do and then just make it an agenda to increase by five every week!. Do these two types of push ups twice a day, maybe do them in the morning and then some at night, but make sure you do them and don't think about it just do it otherwise your setting yourself up for failure!. When you begin doing this and increasing by five, you'll feel like 15 is alot but when you're zooming by and doing 30, fifteen will feel like a breeze!. Remember don't half *** it either and to have your chest at least an inch off the ground then all the way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There really no easy or fast way to workout!. If it's too easy, then you're not gaining anything!. I'd hate to tell ya, but the only way to do pushups is to just do them!.

Pushups is basically using the strength of your arms to push your body weight off the floor!. You can work on your arms (dumbell curls, barbell curls, preacher curls are the best due to muscle isolation, tricep extensions, close grip bench presses, alot of tricep pulldowns exercises)!.

If you're trying out for the team, you might wanna focus more on leg exercises!. Upperbody strength means nothing when you don't have legs!.
