I have started to go to the gym...?!
Question: I have started to go to the gym!.!.!.!?
i have started to go to the gym 6 days a week, i take one day off no matter what!. I usually go for 1 and a half or 1 and fifteen minutes, the QUESTION i have is:
Should i continue this to lose 50 pounds!?
I use the treadmill and bike and do crunches and my arms will that help me lose weight!?
Oh and i know i should get a trainer but i can only afford one for a few months so i wanted to get some weight off so that the trainer could help me get fit later on!. Help

you don't need a trainer!. the most effective way to lose weight is eating helathily and doing alot of cardio!. Biking is low impact so if your way overweight its a good option!. Running burns more calories and is more time effective!. You can't spot burn if thats why you do alot of crunches and arms but it is still good to build up some core strength

If you are doing abs, make sure you are doing your back in equal amounts to make sure you don't increase your risk for injury!. I'd also add on at least one lower body weight training exercise per day!. Muscle burns more calories fat even while sleeping!. :)
