On the other hand, she could stand to lose some weight!. I'm 5'7'' and 120 lbs, and I'm slender, but not totally skinny!. So!.!.!.something's wrong here!.
To lose it, she's going to follow these simple rules:
1!. Run one mile EVERY DAY!. You will start to shed the pounds so fast, trust me on this!.
2!. No more soda!. Not even diet!. Soda is liquid Satan!.
3!. Cut back on meat!. It's all fat and cholestrol, and besides, it's murder!
4!. Only eat home-prepared meals!.
5!. Keep her calorie intake to around 1200 cal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
