How does my diet sound to you?!


Question: How does my diet sound to you!?
Breakfast:
4 cups of coffee and a banana

Lunch:
Cup of noodles [ramen] or leftover dinner!.

Dinner:
Usually salad and chicken/salmon/tuna!.
Sometimes I have curry or sushi!.

Dessert/snacks:
Cucumber, Strawberries, Yogurt, Pineapple
[not all at once]


Dance for about 1-2 hours a day!.
On computer about 4 hours!.
Dance dance revolution for about 10 minutes!.

Answers:
Way too much coffee and Ramen or Noodles is really bad for you - so much sodium, preservatives, and crap in it!. You're not eating nearly enough throughout the day - your heaviest meal is dinner!.

Your biggest meal should be breakfast, but all of your meals should actually be about equal in calories!.

And if you are dancing for an hour or two a day, you are especially not eating enough!. You need more vegetables and protein!. And milk or dairy - one serving of yogurt a day is not enough dairy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

to much coffee!. it is bad and you will have gross teeth!.
how about coffee, cereal/oatmeal and a banana

lunch: salad and water with fruit/vegetable

dinner: sounds good what you eat

deserts and snacks!.!.ok pineapple isnt that good
try very green veggies!.those are the best,

to much computer
run!.jogging!.walking is good too
or gym

I don't like cucumbers!. So it doesn't sound veery good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
