Dont worry, its pretty normal!. If you have just started with it all especially doing cardio, you will lose weight the fastest at the start, but then it gets harder!. It will get harder to lose the weight as time goes on though, and since your starting strength training you might find that your weight could go up a bit - dont panic though! this is just because you are building muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat but then you should start to go down on the scale again because your burning all the fat away and building the muscle and even though you might go up on the scale because of the strength training at first, physicially you will look better though!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on how much you weighed before you started to diet and exercise!. If you weighed a lot, and didn't exercise much before, then this kind of significant weight loss that odd!. Normally, someone can lose about a pound and half per week, but that is when someone has been dieting and exercising a while!. Congrats!Www@Answer-Health@Com
