Should I keep exercising?!


Question: Should I keep exercising!?
I'm 15, I've started to exercise regulary but yesterday i woke up with a sprained ankle which I can't rmember spraining!.
It's been 2 days and it still strains when i walk on it should i start exercising again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not suggest to that yet!. You should be putting ice on every day and hold your leg up while your sitting!. Walk on it until you are over the pain!. If you have weak ankles you might think about an ankle supports!.

You should have it looked at by your school nurse/coach, and give it a few more days!. You may have sprained it in your sleep, but I cant imagine not waking up from that pain! But yeah, by the time it no longer hurts, you're good to go!. Keep ice on it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No don't do it sweetie if you don't want to make it worse!.!. if you want you can do exercises that don't involve your legs!.!.

Ice it, and take a break from running!. Elliptical or biking is an okay substitute temporarily!. If you're a guy, start lifting!. 15 is a decent age to start lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may of hurt your ankles but you can do exercises which do not involve your ankle but will help you with your stomach muscles:

crunches
leg raises
sit ups
weighted sit ups

arm muscles :
