What do you do if you hit a plateau?!


Question: What do you do if you hit a plateau!?
I have been losing weight but i'm not eating like i should!.!. can you plateau from that!? i really cant cut down on how much i'm eating!.!.!. cuz it's not much!. about 500 cals a day and i have 2 jobs!.!.!. so i'm pretty active!.!.!. i'm doing very well and i'm afraid i'm gonna plateau what do i do if that happens!?
The reason i'm not eating much is when i eat like 1k cals then i gain!.!. whats the deal!.!.!. shouldnt i still be losing no matter what!?
I dont drink pop or eat bad stuff!.!.!. broccoli and fruit everyday!.!. 35 cal wheat bread hardly ever!.!.!. umm!.!. and some meat sometimes like turkey, chicken, and deer meat!.!.!. anyone have any clues!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One word E A T!. 500 calories a day is not enough to keep you (or a 10 year old) alive even without 2 active jobs!. The an adult human body needs at least 1000-1200 a day just to keep from eating!.!. itself!. The reason you have stopped losing weight is simple, after the 3rd or 4th day of not enough food the body screamed up at the brain, "I'm dying down here" and the brain hit the red button, turning every non-essential calorie it had into fat and bringing your metabolism effectively to zero!. Eat, eat good quality stuff, protein, complex carbs, good fats, aim for like 1200-1500 to start, spread between 5 small meals!.!.!. Stop yelling like that, make 50-60 mini chicken (or tofu) wraps during the weekend and store them in your fridge!. Then before you leave for your very long day, pack 10-12 in a lunch bag with a cold pack and pull 2-3 at a time!. I know its hard to remember to take care of yourself first and remember what to do when!. so get a watch with a timer (or use the one in your cell phone - yes most of them do these days)

It sounds like you have really messed up your metabolism by getting your body used to eating such a small amount of calories everyday!. If you can't eat 1000 calories a day while being active and loose weight then you should see a doctor and ask him how to raise your metabolism to a normal level again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
