How long does it take for you to see results from working out?!


Question: How long does it take for you to see results from working out!?
I make sure to work out every night before I go to sleep alternating between about 20 minutes of ab workout one night and then about 30 minutes of arm workouts the next!. I usually almost never miss a night and I follow a pretty strict ab workout usually not changing much but a much harder workout then I have found that most people do!. I'm kinda lacking on the arm workout side although just doing pretty basic free weight work outs to doing push ups pull ups etc!.!.!. I was wondering if anyone could give me info on about everything about working out!. Does changing the workouts I do matter much as long as it's still challenging!? How long a night do I have to do to see a difference!? How long do I have to workout to see a difference!? Sorry pretty general questions and hard to sum up everything that I'm wondering, but if anyone could please give any info possible on this or any advice it would be greatly appreciated!. u should modify the workout a bit about every 6 weeks due to muscle memory and u will get bored if u do the same workout everyday!. what u are doing sounds good!.
u wont see any results unless your diet is good!. avoid fats, sugars, proccessed foods, and eat lots of lean protien!. diet is 60 % of the battle!. eat 6 small meals a day to boost metabolism, and get rid of extras!. like juice and soda!. drink water and skim milk instead!. plan blackout dates!. these are when u know it will be hard to stick to your regular diet and excersice!. that way when u slip up u wont feel like a complete failure!. one of the most helpful tips i can give u is to expperiment a bit with the food!.
it is so important to findhealthy foods that you like!. cuz if you dont, ur just gunna crave more unhealthy stuff!. something that i like is egg whites with mozzarela, tomatoes, and spinach with salsa on top!. its delicious!. another good thing is pea soup with sour cream, grilled cheese with lettuce and tomatoe, the possibilities are endless!. trial and error!
for interesting and challenging workouts try picking up some fitness magazines, they always have interesting workouts!. u should start to see noticable results in a few months!. so be patient and consistant!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how hard u working out!. Most of the time u feel it first then in about 2 weeks to a month u can c the difference!. Keep in mid u lose inches b4 u lose pounds!. U may not c it but everyone else will!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont have any help for you on the question, BUT you definitely should NOT work out before bed! it will completely screw up your sleep cycle and that can lead to less strength!. working out in the mornings is much betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
