Question: Winsor Pilates Circle Series!?

I just got them in the mail today, and i was wondering do they really work!? It doesnt seem like that little cheap plastic circle will do anything!.!. It looked so much better online than it really is!.!. it looks like it's gonna snap after one use!.!. and do the exercises really work!? If someone baught it or knows someone who has please tell me what you think!? thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com
