Question: This is my workout routine, any suggestions!?
Everyday i go for a half hour to 1 hour walk, i do a 1 hour fitness workout to the show Total body sculpt with Gilad, i do 50 crunches, and skipping approx 10mins!. Doing this everyday how long would it take me to loose a few kilos!?, im 60kgs which is not fat but i want to loose a bit to be a bit more slim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like everything else your doing minus the 1 hour walk is awesome!.
I'd change your 1 hr walk though!. Do a 15 minute warm up walk, then a 10 minute jog, then walk again for 15 more mins, then jog for 10 again, then do a 10 minute power walk "faster than normal walking"!.
You'd be losing atleast an additional 3-5 pounds a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
