Why am I eating so much?!


Question: Why am I eating so much!?
Ok i am a freshman in high school!. and i try and eat pretty healthy!. i usually eat like a bowl of cereal for breakfast!. then like a sandwhich, or soup, or salad for lunch!. then right after school!. i have cheer and then when i get home from cheer i am eating a ton!! like everything in sight especially sweets!. i think i have actually gained some weight since cheer started!!!!! omgsh not good! please help and tell me what i cld do that would curb my appetiteWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am the same exact way!. I would just try to have one snack, then do something else like homework so that you'll be distracted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont starve yourself!. that would be the worst thing to do!. you can just eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast, then you can eat something for lunch, and then when you go to cheer you can have a nurtrition bar, and then when you go back home only if you are hungry you can have a small snack!. like for example fruit salad!. then you eat for dinner!. so you eat a little less!.

Print a picture of a 6oo pound woman at her worst!. Ever time you want to eat them late afternoon snacks look at the image!.
well at least you are eating breakfast , keep up the morning meal, most important part of the day!. It's going to take will power to stop them nasty afternoon snacks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
