Question: Please help me, i realy need 2 lose weight!?
i feel like their is nothing i can do 2 lose weight anymore, i have tried going to docters to help me, but all they tell me to do is to eat healthier and excersize more, but i like faty foods, and when i wanna track how many caleries i ate i get lost becasuse i dont know how many caleries are in home made food, i have tried every single way to try to lose weight and i have failed, but now im goin over the limit and i realy need help, i have gained 20 pounds in 2 weeks, i am 15 years old, 240 pounds, and 6feet 2inches, plz some one help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Shedding weight can be a challenge , but it is such a worthy accomplishment

He recommended their first product in their weight loss section because it allowed for alot of the foods I liked so I didn't get hungry!. I have lost about 60 pounds since last February and feel a ton better (no pun intended)!. I have tons more energy and have begun coaching my son's soccer team because I feel more confident abotu doing that!. It is one of the best things I have done!.

consult a dietian or ask your doctor for a referral to one!. if you are serious about wanting to lose weight, and i hope you are, you will need to change your way of life, eating habits, exercise etc!. they should be able to guide you on calories etc!.

i gather you don't want to spend money on something like Jenny Craig or equivalent but you do need support for this!. where i come from there are a couple of organisations such as 'weight watchers' or "overeaters annonymous" which can be very supportive!.

try and nip this in the bud NOW because you are not on a healthy track which can endanger not only your health and life but lead to a lot of problems!.

Hey there, unfortunately it really is usually as simple as eating less and exercising more!. There's no reason you can't still eat the foods you like, just eat them once a week as a treat or something like that!. Changing your habits can be really hard - start with small things, eg don't drink sugary drinks like sodas any more and go for a brisk 1/2 an hour walk 3 times a week!. Do this for a fortnight, then add an extra 2 walks in each week and replace something else in your diet, eg make sure there is plenty of fresh fruit in the house so that you can grab some for a snack instead of eating potato chips!. Make changes achievable and gradual, and soon they will become habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
