How do i lose weight and keep it off?!


Question: How do i lose weight and keep it off!?
been struggling with my weight for 5 years now !.!.!. i am 21 yr old guy 5'11 and weigh 100kgs !.!. i should probably be less than 80 kgs i guess !.!.!. i've lost weight in the past but after some months when i stop exercising it comes back !.!.!. i know what to do !. eat right !.!. exercise etc !.!.!. but my problem is consistency !.!.!. i cant seem to do it forever !.!. i mean i'll workout and eat right for a month or 2 !.!.!. lose some weight, feel great etc and then in 3-4 weeks im back to what i was !.!.!. help me guys !.!.!. i feel shi!.t Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you need is motivation!. You need to ask yourself why are you wanting to lose the weight!. There are so many benefits to losing the weight!. Makes you happier, healthier and more confident!. Also at 5'11 you really don't want to be less than 80kgs!. 80 and 85 is perfect, slightly more is even fine depending on your build!.

Just go to your local gym, make a few friends there and just try to workout together!. Its easier to keep at it when you have people to motivate you or at least come with you to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
