Be glad your underweight most people would love that!!!! If you musty gain weight then eat at least 4 /5 meals a day and loads of carby food like bread pasta rice!. Protein is essential too!. Good luck:)))))))Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends if you want muscle or just extra weight!. Reduce your calorie expenditure (take elevators, waste your life watching tv) and increase caloric intake!. Instead of protein, buy a weight gainer formula and mix it with full fat milk, that should do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein (eggs, protein shakes etc), carbohydrates (pasta etc) then work out like mad!.

Eat plenty of PLANT-based proteins like beans and nuts!. And don't forget fruits and veggies!. You should start lifting weights and riding your bike!. You need to gain muscle not fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
