I need to gain weight but...?!


Question: I need to gain weight but!.!.!.!?
My mom is giving me "one more chance" to gain weight before taking me to the doctor!. I am a normal weight! My sister was around my weight when she was my age as well!. She just freaks out because I stopped eating lunch after we moved and I was stressed out with starting a new school twice(she's moved me from different school districts)!. So, I am willing to gain some muscle mass!. Can anyone tell me what exercises I can do to gain lean muscle without bulking up!? I especially need to gain muscle on my back because my spine sticks out a bit, do I do push-ups to tone my back!? Can anyone tell me what I can do!? Weight really shows on my small frame, so I am really mad about having to gain weight!. I am happy with myself now, but my mom is making me!. :(

How much do you weigh and what is your height!?

If you want to gain muscle, i suggest going to the gym and using the weight machines there!. They have different ones to target different areas of the body!. You can also try doing some push-ups!. That will tone your arms as well as your back!. And be sure you are getting plenty of protein, either from lean meat, like chicken or turkey, or from dairy products such as low-fat milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese!. Eggs and nuts are also excellent protein sources!.

The main thing about gaining muscle mass is to consume protein (Beef, chicken, fish, eggs!.!.) and to work your entire body out!. Try to consume 2 grams of protein per your lb of bodyweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
