PLEASE. help, did I eat okay today? too much fat ?!


Question: PLEASE!. help, did I eat okay today!? too much fat !?
okay today ive ate

breakfast--
-90 cal granola bar

lunch
-1 cup whole wheat pasta with 50 cal and 1/2 gram of fat pasta sauce (250 cal)
-grilled boneless skinless chicken 4 oz (110 cal)
-cup of broccoli-(40 cal)
-2 thin cookies natural (100 cal)

then i worked out and ran 3!.2 miles, lots of crunches, leg lifts
then i had a fiber one granola bar (140 cal)

and then i went out and stuff!.
and dinner was
-90 whole wheat tortilla shell with natural/organic peanut butter (1 tbsp), and 3 teaspoons of low sugar natural jelly!.
-serving of kashi crackers (130 cal)
-one pear (80 cal)


and then for dessert i had a fat free 100 cal yogurt

so in all, about 1300 calories!.
but i had a lot of fat today i think!.!.!.was it too much!?
i passed out this morning, so i tried to eat a little more fat than usual (the peanut butter) but i think i may have over done it!.

I think you did great and your weight is on target!. but eat more in the morning and a lighter dinner!. Because you'll need the energy for your day!. However extra calories at night will just add up to pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, you need a bigger breakfast, as in 400-700 calories!. People who do not eat breakfast tend to gain weight and have health problems!. Second, you are underweight, and 1300 calories is WAAAAAAAAAAY too low!. You need 1,700 AT LEAST!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude im just as tall and i dont even weigh 120 i eat 3000 calories a day!.!.!.im not fat at all!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
