Question: Is there anybody who lost a large amount of weight!?
can you tell me exactly what you ate each day of the week, and which exercises you did each day of the week!?


i'm severely overweight and i really need some pointers!.

ever seen the track/cross country teams!? they're STICKS!

so 3 days a week, run 2 miles around the track!.!.!. pace it so u never stop, but be seriously DEAD at the end of it! oh and force urself to use every last ounce of energy on that last lap/half lap- even if u have to collapse and stop, its BETTER than finishing and NOT DYING!

this creates the "X" factor in athletes- it gets your body working FOR you, not against you!.

most people think that losing weight is all about calorie to burn calorie ratio!.!.!. but, its how your body reacts that matters!.

your body, every time u max out on something- a long run, a sprint, a bench press, a lift- it helps ur body try (subconsciously) to stay in better shape, and get slimmer and stronger, so next time u can do it easier!.

for example: you will CRAP OUT any unnecessary or extra calories or carbs while in this mode- you will NOT put extra fat on, unless you absolutely PIG on food, or eat REALLY unhealthy!.

you will feel better and more energized, making you want to feel that adrenaline rush again!.

your body will just keep itself slim!.

so anyways, run that 3 days a week, and the other 2, run five 400m sprints, with a 4 minute break inbetween!.
(strive for about 72 seconds each lap)

eat healthy, like the guy said- also try eating organic- and the food pyramid! no junk food, fast food, microwaved food, OR ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, ever!!!

lastly, if you want to purely tone ur body into a lara croft tomb raider type (which is really sexy)!.!.!.!.!. hit the gym!!!

do reps of about 20-25, and do everything! go like twice a week, adn do full body!.

do squats, lunges, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise, knee raise (elbows on the contraption), leg adduction, leg abduction

then for upper body, do pushups, pullups (or lat pull), incline bench, upright rows, tricep extension, bicep curl, sideways back extension (works obliques), back extension!.

then every day, do 30 minutes of various ab workouts

do stuff like crunches, 6" leg raises, sit-ups, oblique crunches and oblique situps, "elbows and toes" with flat back, roman chair sit-ups, knee raises, etc!.

ABOUT FOOD- HERES THE ANSWER!

follow all of these pointers

1) absolutely NO food that is not healthy!.

2) try to eat organic food- if this cannot be, then simply eat the next best thing!. eat the "best of the worst"!. but the food industries today put chemicals and addictants in the food to make you fat, lazy, hungry, tired, and addicted to the food!.!.!.!. so you BETTER think about eating organic, and only organic!.

3) NEVER, on your life, eat fast food, junk food, microwaved food, soda, candy, ice cream, cake, crackers, any "snacks" that aren't nature valley or nutrigrain or healthy, AND NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS EVER!

(did you know that in the new "hip" artificial sweetener, splenda- aka sucralose-, that it isn't really "natural"!? the scientists mutate sugar in a lab!. sugar naturally has 3 raffinose (good and healthy, found in beans and rice) atoms, and 1 other atom!. -------sucralose, on the other hand, is mutated to change those 3 healthy atoms into CHLORINE!_

thats right, lady- chlorine- which was used for chemical warfare in WW2, and cleaning pools and toilets now- is in sucralose!

that leads me to point 4!.!.!.

4) NEVER, EVER eat ANY food that is "low fat", "low calorie", "sugar free" or "low sugar", or is "lite"!. THE FOOD INDUSTRY IS NOT REQUIRED TO MENTION THAT SUCRALOSE IS IN FOODS!

so if any food has the above characteristics, it has SOME chemical, damaging artificial sweetener- these days, likely sucralose!. So whether or not it says it, stay away from any foods that are likely to have "substitutions"!.

Remember- sugar is NATURAL! if you work out, they get burned off, and a healthy body works with you to crap extra sugar out!.

artificial sweeteners damage organs, kill brain cells, make you gain weight, have migraines, strokes, high blood pressure, etc!. etc!. I can go on all day!. But its a waste of time!. just DONT!

5) eat the food pyramid- all 5 food groups!. except the PORTIONS are wrong- eat a LITTLE less carbs, and make sure the carbs are healthy and wheat (except pasta, pasta's OK)!. and eat a little more- LITTLE more- veggies and meat and dairy!.

6) ALWAYS eat until you are comfortably full- never overeat, never undereat!. PERIOD!.

7) ALWAYS eat breakfast! NO food that you eat during breakfast ever goes to fat- it automatically gets burned off during the day, cuz of the hours u stay up!. it keeps you healthy!.

for breakfast, eat 2 eggs and cereal with milk!.

8) ALWAYS drink WHOLE MILK- cuz HEALTHY fat aids muscle recovery, and replenishes brain cells, and makes u more intelligent!. (not trans or saturated- theyre artificial and bad)!.

9) get 8!.5 hours of sleep a night, no matter what!. this is very important!.

If you are attempting to get rid of weight, it is critical to appreciate that it cannot be done adequately instantaneously!. There are thousands of products on the web!. It is best to stay away from weight loss pills, as they rarely live up to the expectations!. To get rid of stomach fat, it is critical to understand that ab machines will not not remove the fat around the belly!. These machines simply strengthen the center muscles while keeping the fat on the surface!. Im not overweight or lost alot of weight but a few things that are good
-don't eat big meals at night when you wont be doing anything physical after them!.
-eat small/healthy meals during the day instead of 3big ones!.
-drink plenty of water, even drink water when you feel hungry!.
-run run run!. (i dont know what your hobbys/sports are!?) try skipping rope and running/powerwalking/jogging!?!. even if its only 30mins a day to start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't go on a diet they don't work once you're off that diet u gain all the weight back the best thing to do is just watch what you eat stop eating so much at meals eat more often during the day but small portions i'm not saying cut out the junk food completely that doesn't work either because then one day you just eat junk food all day and everything you worked for is out exercise a few times a week for about half an hour or so eat more healthy Www@Answer-Health@Com

My fiance lost 50 pounds and I lost 50 pounds on the Healthy For Life Program!. Click on the link below to read more about that!. We both learned how to make some simple changes in the way we ate and exercised that resulted in the weight just coming off!. We were not really trying to diet or starve ourselves!. That usually backfires on most people any way!. Diets don't work very well!. That's because they are a short term solution to a long term problem!. They say that 95% of the people who go on a diet will gain all of the weight back (and more) within a year or two!. Have you ever heard of yo-yo dieting!? We just needed to learn how to eat better and to do exercises that really worked!.

We learned that a person can exercise like crazy, starve themselves and still gain weight! Click on the link below to read my story (Is Your Scale Broken!?)!. It is not a calorie problem that we faced!. It was a hormonal problem!. When you eat sugary foods like soda pop, pancake syrup, donuts, most junk food, fruit juices and some breakfast cereals, it spikes your blood sugars into an abnormally high range!. We also learned that simple carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, white potatoes, corn chips, french fries and bagels could also spike your blood sugar faster than if you slapped spoons of table sugar on your tongue!.Your body then protects itself from damage by producing a hormone called insulin!. This brings your blood sugar down!. Only one problem!. Your blood sugar then goes too low and your body has to protect itself again by producing another hormone called cortisol along with adrenaline!. Do this for too many years like I did and you develop something called insulin sensitivity!. At this point, your glucose train switches tracks!. Instead of glucose (sugar) being stored in your muscle as energy, it is stored as fat!. We had to figure a way to get the tracks switched back to storing less fat and more energy!. My best advice would be to stay away from the white foods (potatoes, bread, rice, etc!.) and eat carbohydrates that are more complex, take longer to digest and burn more slowly!. These will not spike your blood sugar as much and make you fat!. These would be things like fresh fruits and vegetables, stone ground whole wheat bread, brown rice, red potatoes, beans and lean meats!. Replace soda pop with green tea and water!.

Exercise
Walk briskly for 30 minutes every day!. If you can't do that, work your way up to that over time!. In the long run, it will boost your metabolism to burn more fat and calories every day!.

Sleep
Go to bed and get up at the same time every night and morning!. Practice good sleep Hygiene habits!.
Researchers from the University of Chicago have shown that, even with an excellent diet and regular exercise, those who don't sleep enough are at greater risk for weight gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
