Question: Do i excercise enough!.!.!. and can u also give suggestions pleeeease(see description)!?
i go for a walk for half an hour and run for about 15 minutes in that period
i live in dubai where its really hot nowaays and when i come back i am drenched in sweat
i lost 2 kgs in last 20 days(is that a good progress)
i am 72kgs 17yrs of age
i live on 5th floor and never use the lift
about eating well i eat a total 4 chappatis , some rice and some snacks in a day (will u call that a balanced diet)
i don't eat much non veg(but a not a pure veg either)
how do u rate my excercise level and can anyone give suggestions on how to lose weight faster
pls don't tell me to swim and all, i don't have much time in a day since i am school going student and am the topper of the class so lot of studying to do
i am not a nerd with braces and glasses
please help

to loose weight the Primary key is not to worry/stress about it!. Because if you do you wont loose it!.

Cardio, if you are not sweating you wont loose weight!. Run atleast 1!.5 - 3 miles a day!. Also Speed rope - im serious its probably better than running because people dread running for some reason!.

Your diet should be eat and everything besides 4 legged animals!.!.!.like i said, if you stress from diets they wont work!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to lose weight theres only one option and its to eat less calories and spread you meals to eat every 3-4 hours (but total of the day should stay the same) !. Also drinking lots of water and eating healthy food can help but its mostly just calorie count (diet food with fake sugar isnt good because it messes with your appetite)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly it sounds that you do a very good level of excersise!. You are a fine weight and it is good you are losing weight at a healthy pace in a safe way!. I think you are doing great with your routine now!. Perhaps instead of walking up the steps of your home, run!. It will get your heart beating and is an extra bit of excersise for you!.
