Question: What Do You Think of My Weight Loss Diet!?
What do you guys think of my diet to lose fat!? I generally recommend this to people:

Breakfast: Oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 1 orange, and 2-3 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter in the oatmeal (to increase healthy fat intake)

Snack: Oat bran bread and a serving of lean chicken

Lunch: Serving of lean beef/ lean chicken/fish

Snack: Either a small serving of fish, or scoop of Whey protein mixed with all natural peanut butter, water and fruit, especially if after a workout

Dinner: Serving of fish

Before bed: Cup of cottage cheese, or a scoop of casein proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com

i mean in ur protein and carb meals aim for under 5g fat and protein and fat meals aim for 15g fat and under 10g carbs if possible ur plan is pretty good cept in breakfast add whey to the oatmeal take out the peanut butter and before bed w/ the cottage cheese add 1oz of almonds so u get that healthy fat in there and some casien protein
and the other thing u might wanna watch maybe add a fiber supplement or get more fiber in cuz w/o the veges and not too much fruit the fiber is limited and with a higher protein intake more fiber is necessary maybe with the lunch add in some brown rice or an apple either one Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shedding weight can be hard , but it is well worth your energy

I needed to lose some weight too for health reasons and I began searching on the Internet!. I came across http://healthcrib!.com/Weight-Loss/!. It looks pretty good!. How do you cook the egg though!? Also one question I always seem to forget to ask is what kind of oil should you use!? What I mean is when they say to cook this or that!. What oil if any are you supposed to use!? Oops I think I'm supposed to give you an answer and I should stop asking questions!. But you know me by now Yamster so I'm not too worried about it!. I wouldnt put so much fat in the breakfast!. If cutting meals should be carb + protein or fat + protein!. Not good to have too many carbs and fat in the same meal!. your body will likely only use one of the sources as energy and more likely store the other as fat!. id bring up some articles on this later when i got the energy to look!.

edit - It looks real good for maybe an off day or a lower intensity workout day!. On a workout day I'd get in a little more carbs and a little less fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
